Born and raised in Michigan, Lauren earned a BFA from Detroit's College for Creative Studies and cut her teeth designing merch and branding for everyone from boutique souvenir shops to the Michigan Department of Natural Resources. After moving to the east coast, she continues to create work that blends natural motifs and illustration with a keen sense for type and layout.

Lauren’s work is inspired by the things she loves in life: tasty snacks, good stories, kind people, and the natural world. Her favorite projects utilize tasteful design and illustration to inspire compassion for our neighbors, whether they be people or porcupines.
